Die Anmeldung zu dieser Veranstaltung ist abgeschlossen

Inclusion is an important priority in EU youth programmes. But planning inclusive learning environments sometimes seems to be a challenge.

During the training “Model Krzyżowa – a box of creative tools for inclusive environments”, representatives of youth organisations, youth workers, educators, facilitators and teachers will explore creative methods and tools for inclusive designs of learning environments. The main aim of the training is to build competencies among youth workers who would like to develop inclusive and empowering activities in their work with young people focusing particularly on young people with fewer opportunities and disabilities. The training will focus on providing basic knowledge on inclusive project designs and will offer workshop sessions in which youth workers can try and explore a variety of creative tools to implement into their own pedagogical work in order to make their activities more inclusive and diversity-orientated.

Besides a comprehensive introduction into inclusive learning environments the following workshop sessions will be offered:

  • stop motion as an engaging opportunity to be active learners and to explore complex topics or concepts,
  • circus pedagogy as a tool to build up confidence, overcome limitations and enhance self-expression,
  • theatre methods for self- and social awareness through embodied arts and play.

Aims of the training

  • enhance youth workers’ competencies in designing more inclusive learning environments,
  • provide concrete and creative tools and methods for more inclusive and engaging learning environments,
  • support capacity building among European youth workers.
